本公司前身為台灣知名製閥廠－進輪汽車工業股份有限公司（1968～）。在其結束經營後，部分菁英－包含營銷／設計／品保技術部門及熟練工藝的技術人員，組成了接續團隊，承襲六十年技術與服務精神，延續原公司既有品牌，成立合懋興業股份有限公司，致力於服務石化、食品、製藥、造紙及工程顧問公司（如中油、中鼎、台塑集團、台電、奇美、富台等公司，詳細名單請見我們的實績）。
本公司產品設計及材料均符合API標準及ASTM標準，滿足多元產業需求。鍛件及鑄件主要來自台灣、韓國、中國及歐美日本等地，以因應不同客戶的要求。主要配件及零件則採購自台灣及歐美日本的優質供應商。鑄、鍛閥類，如閘閥、球型閥、止回閥、球閥、波紋管閥、蝶閥及特殊閥等，適用水、蒸氣、化工原料、油品、酸鹼流體等介質，可應用於石油、化工、電力、冶金、機械系統等工業管路裝置上。設計、精密研磨加工、組裝、測試（含符合ISO 15848-2標準）及最終檢驗皆於台灣本廠完成。此外，本公司配備試壓設備、噴砂烤漆設備、超低溫冷凍閥測試自主非破壞性檢測儀器，確保產品品質及可靠性。
Our company originated from one of Taiwan’s well-known valve manufacturers — Jin Lun Automotive Industrial Co., Ltd. (established in 1968). After the original company ceased operations, a team of experienced professionals — including members from the sales, design, and quality control departments, along with skilled technical personnel — came together to form a new organization. Carrying forward over six decades of technical expertise and service spirit, and continuing the legacy of the original brand, JINLUN ENTERPRISE Co., Ltd. was established. We are committed to serving a wide range of industries including petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper manufacturing, and engineering consulting firms, with clients such as CPC Corporation, CTCI, Formosa Plastics Group, Taipower, Chi Mei, and Fu Tai (for a full list, please refer to our project portfolio).
JINLUN VALVES.co, Our valve designs and materials conform to API and ASTM standards, meeting the needs of diverse industrial applications. Forged and cast components are sourced from Taiwan, Korea, China, as well as Europe, the United States, and Japan to meet specific customer requirements. Key components and parts are procured from high-quality suppliers in Taiwan, Europe, the U.S., and Japan. Our range of cast and forged valves — including gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, bellows-sealed valves, butterfly valves, and specialty valves — are suitable for media such as water, steam, chemical fluids, oil, and corrosive substances, and are widely used in oil, chemical, power generation, metallurgy, and mechanical systems.
Design, precision grinding, assembly, testing (including compliance with ISO 15848-2), and final inspection are all conducted at our main facility in Taiwan. We are also equipped with pressure testing machines, sandblasting and coating systems, cryogenic testing setups for low-temperature valves, and in-house non-destructive testing (NDT) instruments, ensuring the highest levels of product quality and reliability.
